Gresca by Santo Mauro is the space where the hotel is mixed, adapted and converted into a brazen meeting point between the classic style that a palace demands and the fresh and modern character that only this palace knows how to demand. In these rooms, the chef introduces his usual Gresca dishes, always with a nod to the casquería cuisine that he loves so much, elevating the finest versions of each dish.
